The Provincetown Public Library welcomes the community to participate in the January Alfred Hitchcock Film Series in the Marc Jacobs Reading Room during the month of January.    This line-up of classic Hitchcock films have been carefully selected by Marc Strauss, Professor Emeritus in Theatre and Dance from Southeast Missouri State University.  Professor Strauss will give a short presentation on each film in the series, and also host a question and answer session at the conclusion of the screening each week. Patrons are welcome to bring snacks and refreshments to the Library.  The January 11 film will be screened in the Lower Level Program Room.  The films start at 6:00 pm and will be shown in the following order:
January 4: The Lady Vanishes (1938 – 97 Minutes)
January 11:  Shadow of a Doubt (1943 – 108 Minutes)
January 18: To Catch a Thief (1955 – 106 Minutes)
January 25: Psycho (1960 – 109 Minutes)
