The Provincetown Public Library welcomes the community to participate in the Six Great Film Choreographers: Fred & Gene & Jack & Michael & Jerry & Bob film series, consisting of six films screened during the months of November and December. This line-up of classic films has been carefully selected by Marc Strauss, Professor Emeritus in Theatre and Dance from Southeast Missouri State University. Professor Strauss will give a short presentation on each film in the series and will also host a question and answer session at the conclusion of the screening each week to discuss the amazing choreography present in each popular film. The films start at 5:00 pm and will be shown in the following order:

November 15: The Band Wagon (1953)
November 22: An American in Paris (1951)
November 29: Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (1953)
December 6: Guys and Dolls (1955)
December 13: West Side Story (1961)
December 20: Cabaret (1972)
