Moby-Dick in Pictures with Matt Kish

Join artist and illustrator Matt Kish for a special Zoom program that will kick off the Library’s Moby-Dick Marathon Week.  Kish is known for his monograph Moby-Dick in Pictures: One Drawing for Every Page, which provides an illustration for each page of Herman Melville’s magnum opus. Kish was also featured in the Cape Whale exhibition at the Sea Space Gallery in Provincetown in 2015 and showcased his Moby-Dick in Pictures at the Basil Hallward Gallery at Powell’s Books in Portland Oregon.

Matt Kish is a self-taught artist and a librarian. He was born in 1969, in June. He lives in Ohio with his wife and their frog.
