Fall Reading Series: The World is my Home with Linda Ohlson Graham

Tuesdays in September beginning Tuesday, September 21, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, in-person & via Zoom

Join a weekly in-person/virtual book club and read along/read aloud with group leader, Linda Ohlson Graham.  Each session will focus on The World is My Home by James Michener  Linda Ohlson Graham, will read aloud from the book while encouraging other participants to read along or aloud as well. Beginning Tuesday, September 21 and continuing every Tuesday until the book is finished. Join at any time!

The World is My Home begins with his time in the South Pacific, the subject of and location where he wrote his first book.  Throughout the book, Michener ranges through the course of his life by the subjects that affected him. Michener provides insight into his discovery of the locations he would later write about including Espiritu Santo and Bali Ha'i from Tales of the South Pacific.

Linda Ohlson Graham is a fine photographer and ecstatic poet, named CO Department of Peace Poet Laureate in Oct. 2009, who has sailed thousands of miles, including through the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Central and South America.  While living in Denver, Colorado,  Linda co-directed the J.M.W.
