The Healing Burnout Book with Author Dr. Richard C. Scepura

Tuesday, November 16, 6:00 pm in the Marc Jacobs Reading Room

Many people suffer with symptoms of burnout. The numbers keep rising even though knowledge exists.   Occupational burnout impacts the emotional, spiritual, physical, psychological, and educational dimensions of a person.  Learn and practice the art of self-reflection through cursive & journaling to promote a higher quality of life.

Join us in the Library’s Marc Jacobs Reading Room for a one hour group workshop reviewing burnout and moving forward through shared reflections from Dr. Scepura’s book series, The Healing Burnout Book.

Dr. Richard C. Scepura has strong credentials and is certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Advanced Board-Certified Nurse Executive.
