GENTLE YOGA KAREN KWASS
Through movement, breathing and meditation gentle yoga can help to release tension in the body (and mind), calm the nervous system, and bring balance and a sense of wellness and peace into your body, mind and being. Movement modifications are offered so that you may work at your own pace and with what feels right for you. Gentle movements are followed by a savasana (resting pose) allowing your body to absorb the practices and leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. All levels are welcome, no yoga experience is necessary.
