A beloved semi-annual mainstay! The highlight? Numerous readers from near and far, reading assigned portions from Melville’s novel in its entirety over several days to delighted audiences seated near the Rose Dorothea schooner.

Please note: Each reader is given an arrival time which is not the same time you will be reading. Because every reader reads at a different pace, we ask everyone to arrive a bit before their actual reading time, so you are ready to go!
